Chat Run
Supports running workflows through form-based chat in the marketplace "Chat" menu
1. Overview
- After publishing workflows to the marketplace, you can search for workflows on the marketplace homepage, click cards to open and start conversations
- Published workflows can also be accessed by clicking "Start Chat" on workflow cards in the Console - Workflows list
2. Usage Instructions
1. Chat Run: After entering the chat interface, fill in workflow inputs in the left form. Available workflow inputs depend on parameter configurations in the start node during workflow design, including text, images, and other parameter types. Click "Start Run" and the right side will display the types of nodes the workflow execution passes through, finally showing the execution results:

2. View History: View historical records of workflow chat runs in [My Account - Usage Record Details].
Note: If workflows are called through channel integration, view run records in [My Account - Usage Record Details] as well. If workflows are manually run on the design page, view run records in [Process Run - History] at the top of the design page. If workflows are scheduled for execution, view run records in [Scheduled Run - History] at the top of the design page.
