1. Feature Overview

Usage Data Analysis Dashboard is a visualization tool provided by LinkAI that analyzes intelligent agent usage patterns across multiple dimensions, including conversation count, user activity, credit consumption, human handoff situations, knowledge base misses, and high-frequency question keywords.

You can switch between different statistical periods (daily, weekly, monthly) and select any time range from 2024 onwards:

  • Daily view: Shows statistics for the past 7 days by default
  • Weekly view: Shows statistics for the past 7 weeks by default
  • Monthly view: Shows statistics for the past 6 months by default

2. Chart Descriptions

2.1 User Count

Version requirement: Pro and above

The number of users who have had at least one conversation with your agents or workflows during the selected period. Each unique user is counted once per period (daily/weekly/monthly).

You can filter by agent or workflow.

Tip: For precise user count statistics, we recommend using managed channel integrations.


2.2 Conversation Count

Version requirement: Free and above

The number of conversations (one question-answer exchange) between users and your agents or workflows during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly).

2.3 Channel Conversation Count

Version requirement: Pro and above

The number and proportion of conversations that occurred through different channels (categorized by Clients) with your agents or workflows during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly).

You can filter by agent or workflow.


2.4 Credit Consumption

Version requirement: Free and above

The credits consumed during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly) for using AI models, plugins, workflows, and knowledge base imports, along with their proportions. Detailed credit consumption records can also be viewed in My Account - Usage Records.

You can filter by different models and plugins.


2.5 Knowledge Base Misses

Version requirement: Pro and above

The number of times during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly) when user queries to your knowledge base agents (including knowledge base agents in workflows, but excluding knowledge base nodes in workflows) did not find matching content in the knowledge base.

You can filter by agent or workflow, drill down to view detailed lists, and export the data.



2.6 Human Handoff

Version requirement: Team and above

The number of times during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly) when conversations with your agents/workflows triggered a human handoff.

2.7 High-Frequency Question Keywords

Version requirement: Team and above

The high-frequency keywords that appear in user questions during the selected period (daily/weekly/monthly).

Version requirement: Team and above

Monthly conversation activity distribution chart showing user engagement with your intelligent agents throughout the month (darker colored date cells indicate higher conversation volumes).
