1. Feature Overview​

  1. Display conversation records from different agent integration channels with real-time message synchronization.

  2. Support manual responses (messages sent through the integrated bot) and assisted responses (AI generates draft responses that can be modified by humans before sending), with the ability to switch between response modes with one click.

  3. Combined with Smart Human Handoff capability, AI intelligently generates conversation summary cards based on chat history and automatically applies tags based on the customer management tagging system.

  4. Support for exporting conversation records.
