1. Feature Overview

Customer List: When an agent is connected through private domain account hosting, it displays a list of customers who have engaged in conversations with the agent.

Tag Settings: Create an AI-native tagging system using natural language, which can be used to manually tag customers, enable automatic AI tagging, or tag during human handoff.

2. Usage Guide

2.1 Customer List

Based on LinkAI's channel integration capabilities, you can view all customers (users) who have interacted with your Chat Bot across multiple channels including Websites, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, LINE, Telegram, HubSpot, etc. The system supports viewing basic customer information, AI-native customer tags, and profiles.




2.2 Customer Tags

Create a customer tagging system with zero barriers using natural language. You can set up both tags and tag groups. Customer tag data can be synchronized to WeChat Work and WeChat platforms to enhance other operational scenarios.

Tag use cases:

  1. Filter customers by different tags in the customer list
  2. Manually add tags to customers
  3. Use AI to intelligently tag based on conversation history
  4. Automatically tag customers when transferring to human agents (See: Smart Human Handoff)
