Manual Handoff
When reaching the manual handoff node, directly execute conversation "manual handoff" and send notifications to human agents. Human agents can provide manual responses or switch back to AI responses in the [Conversation Management] module.
Version Requirement: Professional Plan and above
1. Overview
- When reaching this node, directly execute conversation manual handoff (you can use complete manual handoff capabilities in the "Human Intervention" module of application advanced configuration, or refer to Smart Manual Handoff documentation)
- Supports setting message notification recipients, notification methods, and AI response mode after manual handoff (no response, delayed response, continue normal response)
2. Configuration
- Default Response: Default response text after executing manual handoff
- Notification Recipients: After executing manual handoff, can send message notifications to [Team Space] members via SMS or Official Account (LinkAI Platform) messages
- Notification Method: Choose notification method: SMS or Official Account messages
- Response Mode: Set the agent's response strategy to users after executing manual handoff
- No Response: After manual handoff, need to manually switch to AI response in the [Conversation Management] module, otherwise AI won't respond
- Continue Response: AI continues to respond after manual handoff
- Delayed Response: After manual handoff, automatically switches to AI response after the specified delay time
