2. Usage Guide
2.1 Role Permission Settings
2.1.1 Setting Menu and Feature Permissions
After creating a role, you can configure its menu and feature permissions. By checking relevant feature permissions for a role, members with that role can view and operate the corresponding features in the system. The following menu and feature permissions can be set:
Agents: View agents, Edit agents, Create agents, Delete agents
Knowledge Base: View knowledge bases, Add/Modify knowledge base content, Create knowledge bases, Delete knowledge base files, Delete knowledge bases
Database: Use database features
Plugins: View plugins, Edit custom plugins, Create custom plugins, Delete custom plugins
Workflows: View workflows, Edit workflows, Create workflows, Delete workflows
My Account: View usage records, Export usage records
Integrations: Websites, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, LINE, Telegram, HubSpot, API
Clients: View clients, Configure clients, Delete clients
Chat Management: View conversations, Human reply
Analytics Dashboard: User count charts, Conversation count charts, Channel conversation charts, Credit consumption charts, Knowledge base miss charts, Human handoff charts, High-frequency word charts, Activity distribution charts
Enterprise Space: View members, Set member roles, Invite new members, Remove members, Member credit management, View role list, Configure role permissions, Create roles, Delete roles
Customer Management: Customer list, Tag management
Agent Marketplace: Home, Image generation, Marketplace

2.1.2 Setting Data Scope Permissions
After setting menu and feature permissions, you need to configure the role's data scope permissions. Members with the role can query and operate within the selected data scopes. The following data scope permissions can be set:
Agents: All agents, Self-created agents, Specific agent
Knowledge Base: All knowledge bases, Self-created knowledge bases, Specific knowledge base
Plugins: All custom plugins, Self-created custom plugins, Specific custom plugin
Workflows: All workflows, Self-created workflows, Specific workflow
Clients: Integrated client dimension authorization
My Account: Everyone's usage records, Own usage records
Analytics Dashboard: Everyone's dashboard data, Own dashboard data

To define a role's permissions in the LinkAI platform, you need to configure both menu and feature permissions and data scope permissions. For example: If a role has "Agents - View agents" checked in the menu and feature permissions section, that role can see the "Agents" menu in the LinkAI console. If "Self-created agents" is then checked in the data scope permissions section, that role can only see agents they've created in the "Agents" menu.
When role permission settings are changed, the permissions for all members with that role are updated simultaneously.
2.2 Member Authorization
2.2.1 Setting Role for Individual Members
On the Enterprise Space - Member List page, select "Set Role" in the Actions column for an individual member, choose the desired role, and save. The member's system permissions will be updated to match the selected role's permissions.

2.2.2 Batch Setting Roles for Members
On the Enterprise Space - Member List page, select multiple members, click "Set Role" at the top, choose the desired role, and save. All selected members' system permissions will be updated to match the selected role's permissions.

2.2.3 Setting Role When Inviting Members
On the Enterprise Space - Member List page, when inviting new members, you can select the role to assign to them. When members accept the invitation, they join the enterprise space with that role.

2.3 Member Credit Allocation
Users with "Member Credit Management" permission can allocate credits to members in the enterprise space. The allocation method is to directly modify the member's current credit value. After allocation, credit changes (credit allocation, credit recovery) can be viewed in both the enterprise administrator's and the allocated member's "My Account - Credit Change Records" page.
